Professional, friendly, easy to get appointment

Well I got an oil change and tire rotation, But they forgot to Grease the vehicle. So I’m a little disappointed in that.

Everyone that I interacted with at Riverview was very kind and helpful. John, service advisor, kept me up to date for most of the time that my car was there. He called me late in the day of my appointment to inform me that my wasn’t looked at yet. This is my only complaint which seemed to delay the repair of my car by one day.

we had some preventive service done and for some reason the check engine light came on afterwards. Tom Flynn and his team got on it right away and tracked down the problem. They had it fixed next day at no cost to me. (power train warranty). Now my Escort runs better than when I bought it! When a company can find and fix problems inan effective manner, that's the mark of a quality business. I TRUST Riverview Chevrolet with my vehicles all the time!

Service write-up went well. Service was completed within an hour. The only problem I had was with the TPMS warning icon on the dash that illuminated les than 5 miles from the dealership. Tires were rotated, but one tire was missed in the "re-learn" process. I have the experience and equipment (AUTEL) to resolve this, but was disappointed that I had to.

It was all good

I had to bring my brand new 2025 GMC Terrain in for service because of an issue with the transmission that caused it to slowly leak transmission fluid to the point that it wasn't drivable. It is a known factory issue.

It took several attempts, but the dealer was finally able to figure out the issues with my vehicles entertainment system and correct them. It seemed that each time a software update was applied it fixed one issue but created another. The final solution: Completely wipe the software from the system and start over. So far no more issues!

John Beirne did terrific job. He is professional, knowledgeable and has a great demeanor. All the service coordinators at Riverview do a good job.

We had a very good experience with our salesman Lance Ross. He was always very helpful and patient. We ordered a 2026 chevy silverado double cab that came in wrong so it had to be reordered. Customer service is outstanding but the problem wasn’t resolved. Check engine light came back on 2 days after they checked it and reset it.

The service team never disappoints. From check in to check out and the service in between! It’s why I don’t take my truck anywhere else.

Appreciated being greeted at the door and being guided to service department. The advisor was courteous and responsive. Had a place to plug in my computer and work, The work on the car was done swiftly.

I stopped on my drive home from work b/c I could smell something burning. Even though the crew was already gone for the day, a couple of the manager people took the time to talk with me and look at my car. It was when they showed me the photo of the underside of my vehicle that we saw the burn marks from leaking oil. They scheduled me for the first available appointment the next work day. I really appreciated their willingness to help.

Dealership accessed the car's software system. Now I am no longer able to get the car's odometer reading. Several attempts to restore it without success. Now I must take it back to the the dealership to get it fixed. Why are they doing something that was not required? This was a simple tire rotation request.

The sales team listened to me and didn't try to push things on me I wasn't interested in - such as a test drive or additional warranties or additional undercoatings, etc. The deal they gave me - financially - was at the upper range of my expectations. A dealer up the road had the same vehicle and promised to beat any deal Riverview offered but I didn't even go there to find out because I felt Riverview had given me the best deal that a dealer could reasonably offer. In 55 years of buying vehicles, it was the quickest, most hassle-free, and most pleasant auto-buying experience I've ever had.

Our car was brought in for undercoat and inspection and needed to stay at the dealership overnight. Rob provided us with a similar rental car so we could still accommodate our families needs.
